What are you going to do?

For this position, your responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following,

• Identify new business opportunities by leveraging the full potential of the product and services portfolio.
• Collaborate with agents and relevant stakeholders to achieve high quality sales and service.
• Manage and maintain active relationships with existing customers in collaboration with the
• Customer Service department to help ensure high customer retention.
• Create and realize sales opportunities by analyzing (market) data, website content and competitors.
• Acquire leads and develop the leads.
• Plan warm/cold company visits. Cold calling activities and log all calls with follow-up plan.
• Market promotion activities planning and attending.
• Administrate all relevant contact moments with companies to keep track of funnel progress.
• Make sure all relevant business details of the companies are administrated.
• Keep in good contact with all SMS departments to ensure excellent communication with customers.
• Achieve set KPI targets and goals.
• Other assignments by the management.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development or similar role. Experience in the logistics industry will be a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to sell value and create credibility.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with customers, agents and team members.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
